WooCommerce & WordPress migration specialists
Move your product catalog without losing a single SKU.
Fixed-price migration of your products, variations, images, categories, customers and order history into a new or upgraded WooCommerce build — verified line-by-line against your live store before we let you cut over.
Written before/after product & order count diff on every job. No surprise hourly overages inside your tier.
What we're actually protecting you from
Migrations fail quietly, then you find out at the worst time.
Images and product variations silently dropped partway through import — nobody notices until a customer complains about a broken listing.
Products and orders missing from wp-admin after go-live, with no clear record of what didn't make it across.
Old product URLs return 404s post-launch, wiping out months of SEO ranking overnight because nobody mapped redirects.
"It's mostly done" turns into weeks of manual cleanup because the migration was run once with no verification step.
Every one of these is preventable with a written count-and-diff check before you're allowed to switch DNS. That check is built into every tier below — it isn't an upsell.
Method
Five stages. Nothing goes live until the numbers match.
-
01
Audit & scope lock
We pull your live product/variant/order/customer counts, export structure, and image inventory. This becomes the checklist your migration is graded against — sent to you before any work starts.
-
02
Staged copy
Migration runs against a private staging copy of your new site — your live storefront is never touched or taken down during the build.
-
03
Structured import
Products, variations, attributes, categories, images, customers and order history are mapped and imported via WooCommerce's REST API / CSV pipeline — not a raw database copy, which is what usually breaks variations and image links.
-
04
QA diff
Staging counts are checked against the audit checklist from step 1: product-for-product, image-for-image, order-for-order. You get the diff log. Anything short of 100% gets fixed before cutover — this is what's shown in the panel above.
-
05
Cutover & redirects
301 redirect map from old URLs to new, DNS/domain cutover at a low-traffic window, and 72 hours of launch-day monitoring included on every tier.

Fixed price by catalog size. No hourly surprises inside scope.

FAQ
Before you ask
Will my live store go down during the migration?
No. Everything is built against a private staging copy of your new site. Your existing storefront keeps running normally until you approve the QA diff and we schedule cutover.
What counts as a "SKU" for tier pricing?
Each purchasable product or variation (e.g. a T-shirt in 3 sizes and 2 colors = 6 SKUs). The estimator above will ask for your platform's product count if you're not sure — we confirm the exact number during the free scope review before quoting.
What if the counts don't match after migration?
They're fixed at no extra charge before cutover. The whole point of the QA diff step is that discrepancies get caught and corrected while your live site is still untouched — not after you've gone live.
Do you need my store credentials?
Yes — read access to your current platform (or an export) and admin access to the new WordPress/WooCommerce install. We'll send a short access checklist after the scope call; nothing is requested up front.
How fast can you start?
Typically within 2–3 business days of the deposit clearing, scope permitting. Tell us your target launch date in the estimator form and we'll confirm whether it's realistic before you commit.
